Wrenbridge Employment Site Portfolio
| Wrenbridge’s model is to develop speculative flexible employment sites typically facilitating B2, B8 and E(g)(iii) uses. For each site, we provide early advice on the suitability of sites to aid in the due diligence process and then take the sites through to planning approval and beyond. Selected projects are outlined below:
Click, Aylesford – development of a greenfield site including ancient woodland and a roman burial ground next to M20 J5 to provide 6 units with a combined GFA of 28,194m2. Spark, Bishop’s Stortford – development of a parcel of land with outline permission as part of the St James’ Park development to provide 12 units with a combined GFA of 17,608m2. Waltham X, Waltham Cross – redevelopment of an existing employment site to provide 6 units with a combined GFA of 12,279m2. |
G-Park, Basingstoke – redevelopment of an existing office building to provide a single unit with a GFA of 19,347m2.
