This mixed-use scheme incorporates a bold floral mosaic façade which was subject to an additional separate planning application. The design drew on other unique historic façade designs for inspiration including mosaics from the Arts and Crafts Movement.

The scheme subsequently became the first tiled building in this part of the city and has received widespread praise for its unique modern design which has dramatically enlivened the street scene.
