It utilises a high-quality design-led approach and the site is well connected to jobs, services, public transport and is designed to encourage sustainable transport objectives.

Iceni secured a Resolution to Grant at the Enfield Planning Committee in December 2020 for the redevelopment of the existing industrial site to provide a mixed use scheme for modern, flexible, commercial floorspace at ground and first floor levels together with 148 residential units (including on site affordable housing units) on behalf of Stonegate Homes.

The scheme provides 50% affordable housing and the design incorporates sustainability and energy efficiency measures, green roofs, both private and communal amenity areas (designed by Farrer Huxley landscape architects) together with children’s play space, car parking, extensive cycle parking.

There is new public realm located within the heart of the scheme for benefit of new and existing residents.

The scheme will have a regenerative effect whilst creating much needed new homes and affordable homes and purpose built commercial space on a sustainable site.
