As reported in the Thurrock Independent, Iceni Projects has submitted a scheme for 31 custom-build homes in Thurrock – making it a boroughwide first. With over 60 people on the Council’s register this site could go some way to meeting the overall need.
The scheme is situated in the east of the Borough and is just a stones throw from the economic regeneration projects taking place at DP World London Gateway and Thames Enterprise Park.
Iceni Projects advised the applicant on planning, transportation, public engagement, sustainability and masterplanning and drew on experience gained from experience in Great Dunmow where we secured planning permission for 22 self / custom-build homes.
A decision is expected in late 2018 / early 2019.
