Iceni Projects has promoted two of its planners, Ian Mayhead and Jayme McArthur, to director.

Andrew Gale, chief operating officer, Iceni Projects, said:“The strength of Iceni is the strength of our people. These promotions recognise the excellent work that both Jayme and Ian have delivered for our clients.”

McArthur is part of Iceni Projects’ urban mixed-use Team, working on projects like the redevelopment of the former Ford Stamping Plant at Dagenham Dock, a 45-acre strategic housing site in East London. She works with a number of national housebuilders, registered providers and private land owners across the south east. She joined Iceni Projects in 2012, from Drivers Jonas Deloitte.

Mayhead is part of Iceni Projects’ strategic planning team and recent successes include securing planning consent for 1,965 new homes on the derelict former GSK and Sunblest bakery sites in Greenford. He previously worked at Savills and joined Iceni Projects in 2013, where he leads on major regeneration projects.

McArthur said:“At Iceni Projects, you are only limited by your own ambition and how hard you are willing to work.”

Mayhead added: “I am delighted to be able to take the next step in my career with a business that is going from strength to strength.”
