Basement music venue green-lit for London’s West End

Camden Council has approved a 2,000-capacity basement music venue in the West End of London.

The venue will be located at St Giles Circus and forms part of the £90 million redevelopment of the area, designed by architects at Orms.

Since the closure of the London Astoria in 2007, there has not been a live music venue in the West End.
